Engagement Rings, Diamonds & Estate Jewelry for Bucks County

From Newtown, Doylestown, and Yardley to Philadelphia’s historic Jewelers’ Row, House of Milner Jewelers has you covered. Natural and lab-grown diamonds, custom design, engagement rings, and trusted estate buying.

Bucks County has beautiful towns and very few places to buy an important diamond. Between the mall counters and the chain stores, buyers from Newtown, Doylestown, and Yardley usually end up choosing between a limited selection or drive to New York City. House of Milner is the closer answer with stronger inventory and pricing from a family-owned jeweler on Philadelphia’s Jewelers’ Row, America’s oldest diamond district, where you’ll see more stones in an hour than you will in a week of shopping locally (with less hassle!). Clients come to us for engagement rings, custom pieces, anniversary upgrades, and discreet estate valuations and they work directly with an owner, by private appointment, not a commissioned sales floor.

Getting Here from Bucks County

  1. Step 1

    Driving down

From Newtown or Yardley, I-95 South runs you into Center City in roughly forty-five minutes. From Doylestown, Route 611 to the Turnpike or 611 straight down puts you closer to an hour. Once you’re in the city, head for Sansom Street between 7th and 8th. Avoid arriving between 4 and 6 on a weekday if you can - that last few miles is where the time goes.

  2. Step 2

    Or take the train

SEPTA’s West Trenton and Trenton Regional Rail lines run from Bucks straight into Jefferson Station at 8th and Market, about three blocks from our door. Park at your local station, read on the way down, and skip city driving and parking entirely. Weekend service is lighter, so check the schedule before you plan around it.

  3. Step 3

    Parking, if you drive

Metered street parking is usually available on Sansom and the surrounding blocks. If you’d rather not circle, the garage on the Sansom–Walnut block between 8th and 9th puts you about a minute from our door. Tell us when you book and we’ll let you know which option is easiest for the time you’re coming.

  4. Step 4

    Find the building

We’re inside the historic J.E. Caldwell Building at 728 Sansom Street, in the heart of Jewelers’ Row. Look for the J.E. Caldwell name carved above the entrance, it’s the ornate stone facade mid-block with the rounded glass windows! If you’ve walked past the jewelry storefronts to 7th or 9th, you’ve gone a block too far.

  5. Step 5

    At the door

Ring the Milner button on the door panel and we’ll buzz you in, come right in! If you’ve booked a private appointment, we’ll be expecting you, no waiting on a sales floor.
